From business accounts (our customers):

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Business information you provide during onboarding (business name, services, hours, location)
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store card details

From website visitors (end users who chat with our widgets):

• Name and email address voluntarily provided before starting a chat
• Chat messages and conversation history
• The website they were visiting when they chatted

3. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Norvis chat widget service
• To generate AI responses using the business information you provide
• To allow business owners to view and respond to chat conversations
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send service-related emails (account confirmations, billing receipts)
• To improve our service

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• Anthropic — AI provider that processes chat messages to generate responses
• Stripe — payment processor for subscription billing
• Vercel — hosting provider

Chat conversations are shared with the business owner whose widget you used. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain chat logs and account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Website visitor chat data is retained for as long as the business account that collected it remains active.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
